Soulflower Herbal Vitamin C Under Eye Cream with Rosehip oil Review

The skin around the eyes is very delicate and sensitive to sagging. This may happen due to regular exposure to harmful sun rays, aging and sometimes genetics. So, this area shows the signs of aging faster than the other parts of your face. Fortunately, there are a variety of good anti-aging products available in the market to help tighten the under eye area providing you more youthful appearance. One of such product is Soulflower Herbal Vitamin C Under Eye Cream with Rosehip.

Texture and fragrance

Soulflower Herbal Vitamin C Under Eye Cream with Rosehip oil has a creamy consistency that's not too thick or thin. It has a lovely gentle texture that's pretty good for the delicate area around eyes. The formula has an added perfume, yet that's not too strong. It doesn't cause any sensitivity or redness upon application.

My Experience:

There was a time when I didn't use any eye cream. However, reaching the middle age, I am noticing dark circles and puffiness under my eyes. This is very common as you age when the skin around the eyes get thinner, loose collagen needed to maintain the elasticity of that area. I was looking for an under eye cream targetting those issues. And I received this product from the brand as a gift. My daughter-in-law and I both started using this product. It's been almost two weeks since we've been using the product.

This is a lightweight eye cream that spreads very well and absorbs quickly giving a smooth feeling. Rosehip oil and Vitamin C are the ingredients I was excited about when started using. Actually I wanted to see if they work for hydrating and brightening the under eye area. Once applied, it melts into my skin well, providing right amount of moisture to that area.

I use Soulflower Herbal Vitamin C Under Eye Cream with Rosehip oil only at night. You need very little amount of this product. It worked wonders in a few days for dark circles. In the beginning, if I did skip applying it for a day, the dark circles would come back. I kept using it regularly and after two weeks of consistent use, it does the right job what it's meant for. Ah, the brightness boost it has delivered! I really love waking up with a smoother, brighter and more nourished under-eye area. Though fine lines are diminishing, I haven't seen any difference in the puffiness. I think, I need to give atleast a month to come to the conclusion. I might repurchase this as it will be back in stock.
