Kashmir Walnut Oil Benefits and Uses on Skin| ft Trikuta Oils, Jammu.

I never thought of using Walnut oil as I did read somewhere that it's heavy and greasy. Mine is a combination, acne prone skin which makes me sceptical using these rich oils. Anyway, I started using when Trikuta Oils sent me Kashmir Walnut oil with other products from their range. And it became mandatory studying about its benefits and uses. So, today's post is to let you know about my experience with this golden liquid.

Uses of Kashmir Walnut Oil for Skin

As walnut oil is known to be a wonder oil for skin, its regular use can give your dry, damaged skin a radiant and naturally glossy look. Every night take required amount (as per your skin's need) of the product and rub it inbetween your palms. Now apply on your face and neck as the last layer of your beauty routine. Either apply this after or mixing with the moisturizer. Apply on the dry parts of your body like elbows, knees and ankles to get rid of the dry patches. The oil absorbs into the skin within no time. So, you don't feel greasy or excessive oily post application.

If you can include this in your everyday PM skincare ritual, it also will help in reducing fine lines or wrinkles and all other signs of aging. Yes, this fantastic oil is great for mature skin that needs an extra care.

After a whole hectic day, you might be tired and stressed. That may be shown on your face as well. Walnut oil has the ability to reduce the tiredness of your complexion as well. You will wake up with a healthy and happy skin everyday. It has also some anti-irritating properties. If you find some rashes or itchiness on your skin after waxing or shaving, apply this oil on the affected areas. I've tried this even after mosquito bites as well. The liquid really has done a good job.

Face mask using Walnut Oil:

I use this once in a week. Mix walnut oil with milk and honey and apply thoroughly on your face and neck. Keep the mask at least for 20 minutes. There's no harm keeping for few more minutes. Wash off with water after massaging for a few seconds. Find a naturally healthy and youthful glow.
